Hi! I’m Liz. I’m a Pennsylvania native working in San Francisco as a healthcare analyst. I’m no stranger to stress, but I also believe that avoiding it and “wishing” it away is one of the worst ways to manage it. I have been learning to manage stress since before I was aware of it, and although I have a Bachelors degree in human development, three years of research in environmental psychology, and one summer’s experience working with a stress psychology expert, I believe my best weapon against stress is my lived experience.
