
Hi everyone! I’m Liz. I’m a Pennsylvania native working in the San Francisco Bay Area as a freelance health writer. I love writing about stress and anxiety as a way of actively addressing the stigma around mental health, and also to show others what has helped me manage stress. Throughout the course of my life, I have been learning what works and doesn’t work for managing stress. Degrees and research in Human Development and Public Health have bolstered my understanding of the science. Ultimately, reading about other peoples experiences with stress and anxiety has helped me tremendously, and I hope to do the same for you.
